Our Personal Online Optician gives advice in good faith and aims to reply typically within 72 hours, though at busy periods this may take longer. It is not a substitute for a face to face consultation with an optician / optometrist, and customers experiencing a sudden deterioration in vision, red eyes, or severe discomfort / pain are advised to consult an optician or doctor or attend accident & emergency immediately.
