Conlons has been established in Shotton since 1948. In1988 the branch moved to its new larger home on Chester Road West near to the Halifax Building Society. We acquired the patient records from Prince Opticians. The branch was refitted again recently, giving us a bright new store, offering fantastic designer product.

Marie, Liz, Helen, Steph and Tony have over 60 years of optical experience between them and are happy to answer any questions you may have about eyecare or eyewear or why not pop in for coffee and a chat. We are able to offer a 1 hour glazing service in some cases and we have recently installed a fundus camera to help identify problems occurring at the back of the eye.
In Shotton we collect used postage stamps for Action for the Blind and unwanted spectacles for use by Vision Aid Overseas. We have, and continue to support Cancer Research in our charity work. |
