Extra eye help for Ghana

STAFF at an opticians have launched a scheme to send £9,000 worth of new glasses to Africa for Christmas.

Conlons, in Kendal, has teamed up with customers to supply new specs to some of the poorest people in Ghana. For every pair of spectacles customers buy at the store they will receive two free pairs - one pair to keep and the other donated to eye care in Africa.

well if you are under the age of 18, being a male or female ulaulsy your body has not stopped advancing. So if you meet this criteria i would absolutely suggest that you add carrots and peas to your diet, but mostly carrots. Try to enjoy them raw and rinsed with ranch some kind of dipping. Boiling them takes out most of the nutrients. Otherwise i would suggest to contact a optic physician. But if you still can't afford that, just try it anyway it never hurts to try.
