Your glasses
You can be confident with any purchase you make at Conlons as we offer a full guarantee on all our glasses. Our 90-day full exchange policy means that if you change your mind about your glasses for any reason we will exchange them for you within 90 days of the original purchase. Even if you decide that you just don't like the frame anymore!
All designer frames carry a manufacturers warranty against faults and this varies from between 1 and 2 years.
Carl Zeiss lenses have a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
Conlons also offer a breakage protection plan, which is £25 for 1 year or £40 for 2 years. Often breakages can be covered on your household insurance so it is worth checking this first, however it is also worth noting your excess, as it might be more than the cost to replace your glasses.
Contact lenses

Conlons offer a free trial of contact lenses to give you the confidence to have a go. Once you have purchased contact lenses from us, you also have a 90 days in which to decide if contact lenses are really for you.
Simply return a minimum of 2/3 of your lens supply and solutions to your local store if you have changed your mind and we will arrange your refund immediately.
When you have a free trial a free full eye exam is also part of the package if you haven't had one within 12 months. Read more on contact lens guarantees.
