If you wish to upgrade to a better frame or lenses, no problem, you just pay the difference. We are unable to refund post and packaging. In addition to our 90 day no quibble exchange, we also offer 12 months warranty against defect of workmanship or materials - if your glasses break because of a fault we will repair or replace them free of charge. This warranty is extended to 2 years on Zeiss Lenses (including coatings) and most designer frames. To guarantee your glasses against accidental damage ask about our Breakage Protection Plan.
